Life On Board
Cruise line employment is not a continual vacation. In fact, Disney Cruise Line crew members work more than 70 hours a week with shifts all seven days during their three to eight month contracts. - 2 years of related experience comparable to on board duties

- Complete physical and drug test
Employees who are hired will receive several days of training before beginning to serve on board one of the Disney cruise ships. Some of the training will take place in Orlando, Florida, while the remainder will be on board the ship.
